"We die. That may be the meaning of life. But we do language.
That may be the measure of our lives." - Toni Morrison

"Growing up Southern is a privilege, really. It's more than where you're born; it's an idea and state of mind that seems imparted at birth. It's more than loving fried chicken, sweet tea, football, and country music. It’s being hospitable, devoted to front porches, magnolias, moon pies, coca-cola... and each other. We don't become Southern - we're born that way." - Unknown

I've nothing to report because I've been terribly busy trying to get into the swing of a new semester whilst putting together our apartment, cleaning, and a whole slew of other things. Hopefully soon there will be something exciting to write about. Oh! There is one exciting thing. My cute husband got me a Kindle for Christmas. I've been reading things on it like a maniac ever since. I love it. It's wonderfully fun. So until I have better things to write about, here's a song that's been stuck in my head for the past few days. There's just something about it.
{Also, people who pace while they talk on the phone make me very uncomfortable}

Love my Kindle! It goes everywhere with me and anyone who asks gets a little pep talk about getting a Kindle.

That is great that you got a Kindle! I actually have a Nook which I am totally in love with. I seem to read even more now that it is so easy to tote around a whole library. :)
