That may be the measure of our lives." - Toni Morrison

"Growing up Southern is a privilege, really. It's more than where you're born; it's an idea and state of mind that seems imparted at birth. It's more than loving fried chicken, sweet tea, football, and country music. It’s being hospitable, devoted to front porches, magnolias, moon pies, coca-cola... and each other. We don't become Southern - we're born that way." - Unknown

05 October 2009

my day came full circle

It started with an old guy in a speedo, and ended with watching a guy clad in skimpy spandex shorts + belly shirt doing a Tahitian dance at a church talent show.

I feel that this can only mean that my week is going to be an interesting one.

YIKES to both posts involving men in tight anything!

And...don't Mormons practice modesty? How did Mr. Spandex Shorts participate in church related anything dressed like that?

Your poor eyes!! Sooooo sorry! :-/
