Instead of writing a letter to someone, I'm going to tell you about a time when I wrote a letter.
The night before I got married I wrote a letter to Spencer. You know the kind. A good, old-fashioned love letter. I gave it to him about an hour before we were married. He loved it.
I wish more people engaged in letter writing. It is rapidly becoming a lost art, but it shouldn't be. Who doesn't love getting mail? And hand-written notes/letters/etc are just so much more personal and meaningful. A challenge for you all: write a letter or note to someone this week and deliver it somehow. You'll love it. I promise.

It is amazing to me how few people actually write letters any more.
I love writing letters so much!! and getting them is great as well! ;)
I agree-- letter writing is an endangered habit in dire need of rescuing. I took your challenge. I wrote a letter this week {well, besides the usual one that I send out to Josh} and it was richly satisfying.
You've inspired me: I think I need to do a 30 day challenge too. I love seeing where you've taken the prompts. Alyssa, your writing inspires me. That's all there is to it.
