I Write Like
It's simple enough. Copy and paste something you wrote into the box, click the analyze button, and it will tell you which famous author your writing style is most like. So naturally, I couldn't just analyze one writing sample because I have different styles depending on what I'm writing. I took samples from two research papers, two personal, creative non-fiction essays, and two blog posts. Here are the results:
Research papers: I write like Dan Brown.
Personal essays: I write like Chuck Palahniuk and Stephen King.
Blog posts: I write like Chuck Palahniuk and Cory Doctorow.
This was so much fun.

Wow, impressive! Mine would probably me Stephanie Myers (haha). I wish I had better writing skills.
I did this, but got two writers with whom I am unfamiliar. Once I lay my hands on my school jump drive, I will put in a section from a paper I wrote. That will tell the tale....
