That may be the measure of our lives." - Toni Morrison

"Growing up Southern is a privilege, really. It's more than where you're born; it's an idea and state of mind that seems imparted at birth. It's more than loving fried chicken, sweet tea, football, and country music. It’s being hospitable, devoted to front porches, magnolias, moon pies, coca-cola... and each other. We don't become Southern - we're born that way." - Unknown

"Til I Hear You Sing"

It is a well-known fact that I love The Phantom of the Opera and specifically Michael Crawford as the Phantom. In my mind, he is the Phantom. Nobody plays the part better than him. However, tonight I happened upon this video. I can't stop listening to this song. And while it's not Michael Crawford, I think this guy makes a pretty darn good Phantom. It essentially confirms my love for Phantom and my utter disregard for Raoul (or as I like to refer to him: Raoul-sissy-pants).

I want to see this musical so badly, I can hardly stand it.

I love Ramin Karimloo's voice. I'm going to have to check out his cds. I'd love to see that Love Never Dies too. That's gotta be amazing. You know it's going to be HUGE.
