"We die. That may be the meaning of life. But we do language.
That may be the measure of our lives." - Toni Morrison

"Growing up Southern is a privilege, really. It's more than where you're born; it's an idea and state of mind that seems imparted at birth. It's more than loving fried chicken, sweet tea, football, and country music. It’s being hospitable, devoted to front porches, magnolias, moon pies, coca-cola... and each other. We don't become Southern - we're born that way." - Unknown

Hold Your Horses!

I have no clue what this song is about, (nor does it matter) but who really cares when you have a music video as cool as this?
If you like art, or are merely a fan of all things fun, this video is definitely worth three minutes of your time. Go ahead and watch it. You know you want to.

20 seconds was enough for me. Seeing the mock last supper was uncomfortable, but then the naked guys lying down with the guitars...seriously? yuck.

It's art. These are all incredibly famous paintings.

Art...is the eye of the beholder, and I personally do not behold this as art! ;)

Haha. Your mom's reaction cracks me up. Obviously not for everyone. I thought it was hilarious. I just saw it as the paintings. Not so much as what they represented. They were incredible recreations of the paintings with quite a bit of tongue in cheek.

Thank you, Aunt Lois! I really think we are the same person. ;) That is exactly how I saw the video.
