"We die. That may be the meaning of life. But we do language.
That may be the measure of our lives." - Toni Morrison

"Growing up Southern is a privilege, really. It's more than where you're born; it's an idea and state of mind that seems imparted at birth. It's more than loving fried chicken, sweet tea, football, and country music. It’s being hospitable, devoted to front porches, magnolias, moon pies, coca-cola... and each other. We don't become Southern - we're born that way." - Unknown

2010 will be epic

Let's just face the facts: I am completely obsessed. It's only the first week of November. There are exactly eight months until the Prologue, but I'm already excited. Ever since the announcement of the 2010 Tour Route last month, I can't get enough of the action that's already unfolding. The main perpetrator of my excitement: these articles by Phil and Bob. They make it sound incredibly exciting {it is} and I cannot wait. So for now, I'll be patient until my favorite month {July} comes around.
