"Growing up Southern is a privilege, really. It's more than where you're born; it's an idea and state of mind that seems imparted at birth. It's more than loving fried chicken, sweet tea, football, and country music. It’s being hospitable, devoted to front porches, magnolias, moon pies, coca-cola... and each other. We don't become Southern - we're born that way." - Unknown

a restaurant review

There is a brand new restaurant in Provo named Communal. {100 North University Avenue}. If you are anywhere near Provo {or not} it is definitely worth it to come, if only for this food. The atmosphere is magnificent. Wonderful ambiance. Great music. Even better food. I had spinach stuffed chicken and some of the best corn I've ever had; it contained caramelized onions {!} and was spiced to perfection. And, according to Spencer, "You know you're eating a terrific steak when it gets better as the meal progresses". This place has it all. Atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful food.

Moral of this post:
Come to Provo and eat at Communal
end of.

Maybe the next time I'm there. It sounds good. I'll pass the recommendation to my bloggy friends in the Provo area.
