can music save your mortal soul?

yes, indeed, it can

:: The 5 Browns performed at BYU tonight, and guess who went...ME!

:: Their program was phenomenal. The music sensational. Their performance flawless.

:: Easily the most impressive piece of the evening: Toccata, op. 11 by Sergei Prokofieff

:: My personal favorites: The Planets by Gustav Holst arranged for 5 pianos and Danse macabre, symphonic poem in G Minor, op. 40 by Camille Saint-Saƫ
ns again, arranged for 5 pianos.

:: The whole concert {especially the 2 stunning encores} made me nostalgic for my Brevard days when there was an amazing classical concert to go to every single day.

Music is wonderful.

p.s. I got to meet them and I got their autographs!

  1. Wow! Those 5 Browns are something else. That's so cool that you got to meet them. I bet it did make you miss your Brevard days.

I know I sure couldn't live without music.
